Candice has been a licensed Real Estate Associate~Vermont at the Clerkin Agency PC since 2018. Her primary role at the Clerkin Agency is office manager, but is also a competent sales professional. Her favorite thing about working at Clerkin Agency is meeting new people, reconnecting with former clients, and her colleagues, who are wonderful people who truly care about the work that they do.

Candice married her husband Alex in 1990, and they settled in Hartford to raise a family. Together they have four children, Olivia, AJ, Jake and Ozzy, who all attended Hartford Schools. Olivia also attended Saint Michael’s College and just completed her second year of teaching 4th grade at Dothan Brook School here in town, AJ recently graduated from Columbia University, Jake is a full-time student at Community College of Vermont and is also employed, and Ozzy plays ice hockey, and was just added to the juniors roster for the NH Avalanche. Candice’s children are her pride and joy, and she and Alex are immensely proud of them.

Candice grew up in both Hartland & Hartford, attended Hartland Elementary School, and graduated from Hartford High School in 1985. Previous to the Clerkin Agency, she worked for the Hartford School District for many years, and prior to that she was a stay-at-home-mom, and feels fortunate that she was able to do that. She has been reupholstering furniture for years and is an accomplished seamstress. She has volunteered her time to sew costumes for both the Hartford Memorial Middle School and Hartford High School musicals for many years. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends, cooking, gardening, photography, sewing, traveling, Maine, ice hockey, and the occasional home renovation project.

She and her family live here in Hartford with their two rescue dogs Blue & Bella.
